I am doing a music video to the song, Break Every Chain by Tasha Cobbs. The way I will be portraying this is I have have either a family or one person, that is less fortunate and that is down, and I will be ministering in dance and song, with eh song. It will be an act of encouragement to encourage the people that God is with them and the chain that are holding them captive, and every bad situation they may endure, the power of God can break it. Props For props I can have a microphone, food items, money, a bible, etc. As costumes, each prop will play its specific role in the music video. I will be doing a gospel music video, from the little that I've seen, gospel music videos are usually very basic, and straight to the point, rather than telling a story they usually just show the person singing a son.g. However, there were some key details that I picked out that really adds to make a video a "gospel music video" that. There are not a lot of gospel videos, but here are some information from the few that I found  - Most gospel music videos really don't tell a story, they are just a visual representation of the artist singing the song. There is never really an emotional connection, or anything. - The costumes in the music videos are usually, nice dress up clothing. For men, they are usually in suits  or just regular button ups, and for females, they are typically in dresses and skirts, that they'd wear to church  - For the setting/scenery for gospel music videos, it really depends.  Last time when I worked in a group I really didn't enjoy it, for many reasons. The people I worked with did not have the same work ethics as me at all. This resulted in me having to take on the load of all the work, luckily the content was not as rigorous and I was able to do it. Additionally, with this project I wanted to do something different, that really does not match their style, so I decided to separate myself and go alone. I will be working with some people that do not have this class, for additional people, and for the different scene I will include in my video. I have been really looking forward to this music video, because I get to be very creative in what I would like to do. I am very gospel centric type person, I do center myself around a lot of that, when I sing and even in my basic down time. I am an 11th grader here at Fort Lauderdale High, who is attaining to graduate with my full Cambridge diploma and my regular high school diploma as-well, with honors. Prior to signing for high school, I wanted to be a lawyer, I really devoted and determined to become one. After taking my first year of a law class here at Fort Lauderdale, I changed my mind. I realized that law was just not for me. I then changed my focus into business administration and financing and I do wish to pursue this as I approach my college journey.
