Filming Blog Part 2

 Today was our second day of filming for our commercial, it wasn't as technical as the first day of filming, because we had an assigned goal of what we were going to do. It was the simplest part. We grabbed out story board and placed checkmarks next to the sections we fulfilled in filming. That was majority of our story board, leaving us with only two scene boxes to fulfill. When we went outside, we realized the one of our scene boxes were irrelevant to the message we were trying to bring across. It was an additional benefit of the Apple Watch, but it did not flow with what our story was geared towards. We ended up taking it out and moving to the last part of our films and we added a new closing part. It was really productive and all parts were real tentative to us. We had to make sure each part flowed and looked good, and to make sure everything looked perfect. After we went through the film, and looked over the different shots, we started to transfer some of the videos to our computer, to start the basic editing process. That was the end of the day, we now have all of our clips for our commercial, we will continue editing next class period.

The Final Apple Watch Commercial

This  commercial was really fun to make and enjoyable. First, with working with my group, it was really interactive and fun to be able to conjoin with people and develop a commercial. I always wanted to record and edit a video for something fun and I was glad I was allowed to do it with my group. Also, learning about the different important details of editing, filming, and etc. was really interesting to me, especially since I am really invested in filming and editing. It was fun to explore new things and be able to understand the small details of everything. By using my vocabulary words for, casual things I would usually say was really interesting and fun to do. All in all, this was a very fun project and I really do enjoy it, and I would love to do it again some day .

The Dream Team

 This project I will be working with a group of friends, that I have acquired over the period of this class. For the first project I worked with 2 people, Alejandro and Pedro. It wasn't the best group, I felt as if I did majority of the work and it made the project not so fun at all, I was aggravated and I did not want to be apart of something that was so one sided. With all of that, it caused me to work by myself for the second project which was more enjoyable in the sense that i didn't have people just benefiting from my work for free, but it was stressful at the same time, because I really didn't have anyone to be my actors. Especially since my family was always, and my friend schedules never really matched up together. This motivated me to meet a group of people that had the same drive for their work as me and the same type of decorum, when it comes to putting in a hand in a project.
